Feeling overwhelmed and ready to reset?
Step away from the hustle of daily life and join a supportive group of women for a weekend of peace, play, and connection. Pause in the Pines is a three-day, two-night camping retreat held on 100 acres of private forest in Creedmoor, North Carolina. It’s just a short drive north of Falls Lake and Raleigh, making it easy to get to while still feeling like a true getaway.

Whether you’re seeking rest or adventure, this weekend is designed for you. Enjoy as much or as little as you like. Activities include:

If purchasing any of the above items is a barrier to joining this experience, please reach out. Our gear library includes tents, chairs, sleeping bags, and more. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to help.
